The contributing guide, security policy and templates were written in a slogan-heavy register: bolded one-line maxims, punchy sentence fragments and neat contrast pairs. Same rules, stated as normal prose. CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md is now the verbatim Contributor Covenant 2.1, matching kubectl-safe-rollout, instead of a paraphrase of it.

No rule changes. The contributing guide, security policy, pull request template and issue forms said the same things in a slogan-heavy register, so they are now plain prose.
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.mdis replaced with the verbatim Contributor Covenant 2.1, which is what kubectl-safe-rollout already uses.
